ZEP Floor Sealer protects most types of interior floors against common food and drink stains, petroleum and asphalt. The sealant works well as a base coat for a finish and goes on clear.
- For use on most types of interior floors including rubber, asphalt tile, vinyl composition, terrazzo, unfinished concrete and no-wax vinyl that have lost the original factory finish
- Works well as a base coat for a finish
- Protects against asphalt, petroleum and common food and drink stains
- Increases gloss of subsequently applied top coats on porous industrial floors
- Clear coating
