This U.S. Ceramic Tile Avila Squares 12 in. x 24 in. Gris Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile features a smooth glaze finish that gives it a beautiful glossy appearance with an understated pattern for added visual appeal. The tile has a high resistance to abrasion and an impervious nature which makes it ideal for heavy-duty floor installations and exterior applications in both residential and commercial settings. A slip-resistant surface helps provide adequate traction in wet conditions, ideal for heavily trafficked areas like entrances or walkways and meets ADA Guidelines for commercial use.
- Grade 1, porcelain tile for floor, wall and countertop use
- 12 in. long x 24 in. wide x 5/16 in. thick
- Glazed smooth finish with a medium sheen and a slight variation in tone
- P.E.I. Rating IV has high resistance to abrasion and is suitable for heavy-duty residential and commercial floor installations, such as entrances, commercial kitchens, hotels and exhibition and sales rooms with some dirt conditions
- Impervious tile has water absorption of less than 0.5% for indoor or outdoor use and is frost proof
- Slip-resistance/Coefficient of Friction rating of .65 wet is skid resistant for indoor or outdoor use and is required for commercial applications to meet or exceed ADA Guidelines
- Frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength
- 14.25 sq. ft., 7 pieces per case. Case weight is 58.1 lb.
