This U.S. Ceramic Tile Avila 12 in. x 24 in. Beige Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile features a skid-resistant design and is highly resistant to abrasion, making it suitable for residential and commercial use in heavy-duty floor installations, as in entryways, kitchens and other heavily trafficked pathways and wall coverings either indoors or outdoors. The light tones and understated pattern offers a subtle style that is flexible enough to enhance any setting. - Glazed smooth finish with a medium sheen and a slight variation in tone

- Frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength
