This U.S. Ceramic Tile Avila 12 in. x 24 in. Gris Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile features a smooth, glossy finish for a clean look with subtle patterning for added visual appeal to enhance any setting. The understated design is simple and versatile enough to accommodate design schemes to suit a variety of settings in homes and commercial environments from hotels to retail and exhibition spaces. The tile is durable enough for heavy-duty flooring, walls or countertops and is ideal for heavy traffic areas, entrances and residential or commercial kitchens with some dirt accumulation.

- Frost resistant for indoor or outdoor applications; use a latex-modified thinset for acceptable bond strength
